How I can help
I have extensive training in several modalities of relationship therapy, including the Gottman Method, schema therapy, and Relational Life Therapy. I use a mix of these modalities to help you improve communication, conflict management, and connection in your relationship.
I hold a special place in my practice for LGBTQ+ relationships, polyamorous relationships, and those participating in ethical non-monogamy (ENM). My office is a judgment-free zone and I enjoy providing compassionate care to people in relationships of all forms.
