My office is located in Williamsville, NY (20 minutes outside downtown Buffalo). I also provide telehealth therapy for anyone located in the states of New York or Pennsylvania.

My rate is $200/hour for individual and couples therapy. My rate for intensives is $250/hour.

I currently accept insurance for individual therapy only. As of December 4, 2024, I am only in-network with Independent Health. I do not accept insurance for couples therapy or intensives.

We will spend 15 minutes discussing the issues you would like to work on in therapy, as well as answering any questions you might have about me or about my process.

During the intake appointment, I will take a comprehensive history of your life (individual) or your relationship (couples/relationship) and assess for any mental health or substance abuse issues.
